The majority of laptops and accessories sold carry our 90-day Warranty*. The warranty will be honored at the location of purchase only. Factory recertified products carry a 90-day manufacturer warranty. Software is not covered under this warranty. Used laptop batteries are sold as-is.

For those seeking increased comfort in your laptop investment, we offer a nationwide extended service plans (ESP) for 1-year to 3-years depending on the laptop and store location.

The service we offer is all done in house. We do not ship your computer away; instead, our LTX certified technicians perform all services on site so your computer makes it home as soon as possible. All technicians undergo a hands-on test for computer proficiency. LTX Certified means our technicians have shown they can take a computer apart, pinpoint what is wrong and solve the problem in a timely manner.
