Seven Steps to becoming a LaptopXchange™ Franchisee.


1. Complete the On-line Request Form and Speak with a Franchise Developer:
The information will be reviewed and upon preliminary approval, you will be notified by a LaptopXchange™ developer of our interest. This information will be kept strictly confidential. Click here to complete our preliminary online form.

2. Speak with a Developer and Complete the Personal Information Forms:
After speaking with a developer and getting many of your questions answered, you will then complete the LaptopXchange™ personal financial statement and other informational forms. These documents will be submitted to LaptopXchange™ for review.

3. Receive LaptopXchange™ Franchise Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement:
The FDD and Franchise Agreement contains valuable information to help you analyze our franchise system. The FDD and Franchise Agreement will answer many questions who may still have.

4. Visit LaptopXchange™:
A Franchise Developer schedules a phone interview with you to discuss the FDD and Franchise Agreement. He will walk you through the documents and answer all the questions you have. If you like what you hear, the Franchise Developer will schedule a visit to our Home Office in Las Vegas, Nevada. During this visit, you will get an in-depth introduction to the LaptopXchange™ operation and training facilities, meet our executive staff and management team, and have an opportunity to see an operating retail store.

5. Approval:
We evaluate your information, financial statements, credit forms and background information. Based on all of this information, we will decided whether or not to award a franchise to you.

6. Enter into a Franchise Agreement:
By this point, you have been approved a franchise and you should have enough information about LaptopXchange™ to make your final decision. After waiting the appropriate number of days to review the the FDD and Franchise Agreement, you will be able to sign your documents. Your notarized agreements and check for the franchise fee will need to be received prior to step seven.

7. Find a location and attend training:
Once you have found a location for your own LaptopXchange™ franchise, you will need to schedule for the two week training session. At this class, you will be oriented on all of the steps involved in operating your new LaptopXchange™. This will include budgeting, merchandising, planning, advertising, product sourcing, and all the day-to-day activities involved in operating your store.
